Unexpected challenges but great service

The front desk staff went above and beyond to resolve issues and ensure my comfort during my stay. I especially appreciated their quick responses.

However, my room had some maintenance problems. the shower pressure was low and I noticed a funny odor lingering, which detracted from my overall experience.

Consider requesting a room with a private patio for added relaxation and pool access during your stay.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is amazing, just a short drive from Disneyland, which let us maximize our time at the parks. The beds were super comfy, and the staff was responsive when we needed extra towels during our family stay with teenagers.

My kids wished the bathroom was larger for us all to get ready more comfortably. A few more hooks and a little more space would be ideal for a family stay.

I had a great stay! The staff were super friendly and really went out of their way to help everyone. The pool area was nice to hang out in. My only gripe was the pillows kinda smelled old, which was a bummer. Overall, a solid choice for a quick trip!

Good Stay with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed the cozy courtyard and late-night fire pit. The café offered a nice coffee break. However, I felt uneasy in a first-floor room facing the parking garage. For a peaceful stay, request a room away from busy areas. Clean but could use a refresh!
